- Press the Shift key and an the appropriate arrow key to change size of the graphic object, text, or column to meet your requirements:
The up arrow key to reduce the height
The down arrow key to increase the height
The right arrow key to reduce the width
The left arrow key to increase the width
- Release the arrow key to stop sizing.
