To make a toolbar a floating or non-floating toolbar:

  1. Move the mouse pointer into a blank area of the toolbar or into the title bar if it is a floating toolbar.
  2. Double-click. If the toolbar is in a toolbar dock, PowerBuilder makes it a floating toolbar and moves it to its last floating position outside the dock. If the toolbar is a floating toolbar, PowerBuilder moves it to the last toolbar dock in which it was located.
  3. Tip After you change the configuration of a toolbar, it retains the configuration until you change it again. PowerBuilder saves the position and state of each toolbar across sessions.

To hide the toolbar, click in the Control menu of the toolbar.
