The toolbar icons are bitmaps 16 pixels wide and 15 pixels high. If the bitmap is not 16 by 15, only the top-left corner displays in the toolbar (0,0 to 16,15)
You can use Paintbrush to shrink your bitmaps to 16 by 15. If you need more information, see the Faxback document on using Paintbrush to shrink bitmaps.
