Each PowerBuilder toolbar icon has text that briefly describes the icon. You can display or hide the text in all the toolbars. The setting of the Show Text option determines whether the text displays for all the toolbars or none of the toolbars.
To do set the Show Text option, use the Show Text check box in the toolbar menu or the Toolbars window.
To display the text:
Click the Show Text check box if the check box is unchecked. X displays in the box and the text will display in all the toolbars.
To hide the text:
Click the Show Text check box if the check box is checked. The box becomes empty and the text will no longer display in any of the toolbars.
