Identifiers

    Any string of characters A through Z, a through z, 0 through 9, underscore ( _ ), at sign (@), number sign (#), or dollar sign. The first character must be a letter. Any string of characters enclosed in double quotation marks is a valid identifier. To include a double quotation mark in an identifier, enter two quotation marks in a row.

    Identifiers cannot exceed 128 characters; identifiers that exceed 128 characters are truncated.

Column names

    Column names can be any valid identifier.

Table names

    Table names can be any valid identifier.
