The Specify Sort Columns dialog has been updated to use drag and drop.
To specify sort columns:
- Select Sort from the Rows menu. The Specify Sort Columns dialog displays.
- Click the first source data item you want to sort on from the list in the SOURCE DATA box.
- Drag the item to the COLUMNS box and drop it. A checkbox with an X in it displays under the Ascending heading to indicate the values will be sorted in ascending order. To sort in descending order, uncheck the checkbox.
Tip The items are sorted in the order in which they display in the COLUMN box. To change the order drag the item names in the COLUMN box into the desired order.
