You can specify these options for Crosstab and Grid DataWindows:

To set these options:
- Click the right mouse button in an unused area of the DataWindow. The popup menu for the DataWindow displays.
- Select Grid. The grid options display.
- Click the options you want to set. The settings currently in effect are checked.
