New version of the PowerPanel

A new version of the PowerPanel can be invoked by Ctrl+P. In addition to the painters, it allows access to all global options.

New item in the File menu

When no painter is active, the File menu has a new item named Toolbars. Selecting Toolbars presents a new Toolbars dialog that allows you to define toolbars behavior and placement.

References to DOS in File menu

To provide a consistent user interface for cross platform development, all references to DOS have been removed. The menu options named "DOS Open" have been changed to Import. The menu options named "DOS Save As" have been changed to Export.

Import text files in Function painter

The Function painter will now allow you to import text files.

Debugger message

The Debugger will now issue a warning if you try to exit while running an application.
