PBL Peeper 4.0.3 without installation engines (11M)

If you have problems with installation engines (InstallShield or MSI), try PBL Peeper 4.0.3 with installation engines (18M)

Microsoft Windows Installer is required for all installations. This is included in the latest versions of Windows (ME, 2K, XP), and many other installations may have already installed it. If the installation can’t find Windows Installer, the installation will try to download Windows Installer. However, if you don’t have an Internet connection on the machine you’ll be installing PBL Peeper on, you should download Windows Installer with the link at the start of the paragraph and install it before trying to install PBL Peeper.

Downloads are compressed in a standard ZIP format. The recommended tool for extracting the contents of this archive is WinZip.
